Triumph has been on a bit of a roll recently, with several updated and new machines being announced. The British manufacturer has already announced two revised Speed Twin Models, the launch of its first motocross machine, the TF 450-RC, an updated Trident, an updated Speed Twin 900, and the new Tiger Sport 800. And now, the company is revealing seven, yes, seven, Modern Classic Icon Edition models.

The machines are pretty much styling exercises that harken to Triumph’s history and heritage. Each model features a two-tone split of Sapphire Black and Aluminum Silver, with side panels finished to match the bike’s fuel tanks. But each also carries a Triumph logo that has not been seen on a Triumph production motorcycle for more than 100 years. The fuel tank of each machine features a gold old-style Triumph logo in Edwardian script, which was last used in 1907. Triumph says the bike’s “…designs capture the essence of the original models while adding new character with signature color schemes…”

Bonneville T100 Icon Edition

The new Bonneville T100 Icon Edition has an Aluminum Silver finish and deep Sapphire Black accents on the tank and side panels. Triumph says the design creates “an understated and relaxed retro style.” The machine also features a hand-painted black coach lining and a gold Triumph 1907 script logo. Triumph’s goal was to match timeless style with modern capability.

The revised machine sports a 900cc engine that produces 64 hp at 7,400 rpm and 59 lb-ft of peak torque at 3,750 rpm. The suspension package includes a cartridge front fork, twin rear shocks, and 32-spoke wheels.

Bonneville T120 Icon Edition

In keeping with the Icon Edition theme, the Bonneville T120 Icon Edition features a Sapphire Black tank paired with silver accents and hand-painted gold detailing. It also sports the gold Triumph 1907 script logo on its tank.

The T120 Icon gets a 41 mm cartridge fork and preload-adjustable twin rear shocks. Braking comes via Brembo components with twin Brembo front brake calipers with ABS. The T120 Bonneville’s larger 1,200 cc engine puts out 79 hp @ 6,550 rpm and delivers a torque-rich feel with 77.4 lb-ft at 3,500 rpm.

Scrambler 900 Icon Edition

The Scrambler 900 Icon Edition’s Sapphire Black and Aluminum Silver paint is accentuated by its commanding riding position. The bike’s tank features an aluminum silver stripe with a unique icon graphic along with its gold Triumph script logo. This provides a nice contrast to the bike’s Sapphire Black mudguards. The pairing is topped off with hand-painted coach lining, giving it its distinctive look.

The machine’s 900 cc Bonneville engine is connected to a ride-by-wire throttle, which is said to offer “superb rideability and control.” A 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheelset, along with a low seat height of 31 inches, make the Scrambler 900 Icon Edition accessible, easy to maneuver, and fun to ride.

Scrambler 1200 X Icon Edition

The Scrambler 1200 X Icon Edition features a contrasting Silver Aluminum and Sapphire Black paint scheme. Brushed aluminum details and hand-painted lines with twin black tapered tank stripes and knee cutouts add to the look. The machine’s 1200 cc engine provides power, while a 21-inch front wheel promises off-road excursions. Making the bike more approachable for more riders is its 32.2-inch seat height, which can be lowered to 31.2 inches with an optional low seat.

 Scrambler 1200 XE Icon Edition

The Scrambler 1200 XE ups the Scrabler 1200’s ante with Phantom Black wrapping around both sides of the bike’s silver tank. Gold anodized forks complement a hand-painted gold lining and the gold of the 1907 script logo on the side of the tank.

The same 1200 cc engine from the Scrambler 1200 X Icon Edition powers the XE. But it comes with a specific Scrambler tune which works in tandem with the bike’s ride-by-wire throttle, Optimized Cornering ABS and traction control, premium MarzocchiTM suspension, Brembo Stylema® calipers, and MetzelerTM Tourance® dual purpose tubeless tires.

Bonneville Bobber Icon Edition

With its predominantly black paint scheme, the Bonneville Bobber Icon Edition emits a minimalist appeal. Silver hand-painted accents, and the gold Triumph script logo on the machine’s tank add some spice to the look. Combine that with a 16-inch fat front wheel and chunky 47 mm forks, and you get a unique bobber look.

A torque-rich engine delivers a claimed 78.2 lb-ft of torque at 4,000 rpm. Add in a torque-assist clutch, and you get smoother operation for an easy and comfortable ride.

Bonneville Speedmaster Icon Edition

The Bonneville Speedmaster Icon Edition oozes a British custom attitude. Powered by a 1200 cc engine, the machine is finished in silver across the tank and mudguards. The tank’s central Sapphire Black stripe, gold Triumph script logo, and exclusive Icon graphics spruce things up a bit. Hand-painted coach lining finishes off the look.

The bike’s 1,200 cc engine is tuned to develop and deliver high torque and power low in the rev range. Attached to the frame is a Showa cartridge fork, which combines with a preload adjustable hidden monoshock rear suspension unit. The setup is said to provide the bike’s rider with “…great maneuverability, comfort, and control, with and without a passenger.”
